Controlling Speed?

Hello, I use elation emulation software in version 1.3.40.

I just created a few cues für light effekt, with spots changing their color. It works fine.

When I know build up my lighting show at a party, and the dj is playing different kinds of music, with diffent speeds, how can I change the speed of my cues?
Is there any posibility in the software to make the cue playing more slowly or fast?
How does it work?
There is a button "tempo" at the lower left corner. How can I controll that?
