CueCable not detected

Have you tried a different USB port? Or reinstalling the program? If you could post a screen shot that would be great.

I've tried both usb ports and just tried re-installing to no avail.

Forgot to add this to the original post:
MacBook Pro 2.4Ghz Intel Core i5
4GB memory
Mac OSX 10.6.8

Emulation Ver. 1.03.27 (1.03.18)

1.03.28 link installed but no change with the cue cable. Also, the about version says 1.03.27 (1.03.18) even though both the files I used to install say emulation10328.dmg

Anyone have any thoughts? Should I send it in?

give our service guys a call and see if they want you to send it in for repair.
