Cuelist 'releases' during playback

HELP! I'm running a show with 85 cues but occasionally the cuelist will automatically 'release' which is terrible during a live performance. Any ideas what may be causing this and has anybody experienced it too?

What release are you using (Example: V1.03 Build 27) and are you on a Mac or PC?

Could you please sully more details? Like are you using any sort of midi controller or sethobg like that? The more details we have the better we can help resolve why this maybe happening. Thanks.
