I recently purchased a Cyber Pak and started programming lights for my band's live show. I've come across a few issues with it and was wondering if anyone else had these issues or knew a way to fix them.

1. When I put the Pak into "dimmer" mode, channel 1 is completely disabled while channels 2-4 work perfectly fine. If I put it into "switch" mode, all 4 channels work as they should. I control the lights via MIDI if that makes any difference.

2. I have a strobe light with a 2-prong (ungrounded) power cord and when it's plugged in, the light is always active even if the Cyber Pak is turned off. The only way I've found around this is to have another light with a grounded cord plugged into the same channel. It seems as if each channel might need to be grounded to function properly?

I love this unit and if I could figure out how to fix these two issues, I would be an incredibly happy camper.

Hopefully a fellow user or Elation tech has a solution for me. Thanks!
