Cyper Pak 1 dimmer always on

I have a client with an issue with a Cyber Pak. Out of the 4 channels, 1 channel is ALWAYS on. If they power the unit down, the channel is still on. The only way to stop it is to unplug the unit from the wall (or unpatch the circuit.) Normally I would blame this on a bad relay, but looking through the parts I dont see any relays available. What would be the problem here?

I'm having this issue with a strobe light with an ungrounded power cord. If I plug a grounded device into the same channel, the light triggers properly. Not sure if it's the same issue as yours, but I'm here looking for a fix as well.

The pack has digital relays on it, it needs to come in for service to be repaired.

Shane, the issue you are having is that the dimmer packs bleed a little bit of power, the grounded lights bleeds this power into the ground... we built what is called an "LED Dummy" this will fix your problem
