Design LED 36 Pro freak out?

Just installed 16 Design LED 36 Pro. They are linked in groups of 8 and get their signal from an elation opto splitter. Got a call today saying that one unit decided to go into some sort of solo mode. Not responding to anything. We repatched, reset console, finally had to power down all the units in that row but it still has not reset that unit. What's up?

hi Jon,if its only that one light its possible that the dmx Driver is corrupted. if you can please pull that one unit down and give us a call at 323-213-4593. we will talk you through some trouble shooting to narrow down the issue.
