Design Spot 250 and Leviton MC 24/48 console problems

I have 4 Design Spot 250's and the NSI MC 24/48 console along with some Par 64's on dimmer packs, here is my problem:

I have DS 250's paired, 1 set controlled on DMX ch. 1-16 and the the other pair, on ch. 17-32. 1 pair of lights works fine, on the other pair, the lamp stays on all the time, I have been thru the menu on the light itself and reset it, I have tried just about everything, can anyone help??

also, if anyone has preprogrammed material for this, just a simple chase scene, that would be great to see how you did it in the offline editor software

Try setting all the fixtures to 1-16.
If they all work fine then its the console.
