Hey everyone. Looks like you guys have a very helpful forum here. Hope I can get some suggestions to an issue I have with one of my DS250's.

These fixtures have worked great during the time I've had them. Only recently has one of them started showing signs of a problem.

Upon start up in audio mode, the fixture will work flawlessly. As soon as it's given a DMX signal, the pan motor starts to freak out. For a while it'll still move, it just has the shakes, then it'll stop moving altogether. Needless to say this is highly frustrating. A reset does no good once the condition has presented itself. Going back to audio mode doesn't help either. If I power down the fixture and let it sit for a while, it'll boot and work fine until I switch to DMX again. I can't tell if this is a motor failure or a Logic Board failure. I've included a youtube video of the issue for reference. Thank you for any help you can provide.

The fixture throws no errors at this time.

Hello,
in my past experiences on the road, that sounds like a bad DMX cable or bad driver chip. Judging by the video clip, it is a bad chip on the mother board and the light needs to go in for service

You can take it in to a local certified repair location or call our service department at
