Design spot 250 prism rotation

I am currently using the emulation software(for mac) to run 12 elation design spot 250. I purchased the program about 6 months ago. I recently updated to the newest software. I noticed that the prims rotation is not functioning. It wont rotate. When i move the value of the prism rotation the pan of the fixture moves not the prism. Any help? Thanks

138, Welcome to the forums. This is most likely a profile issue. I checked my personal library for the Design spot 250 and I did not see this issue. You can download my .xml file and replace the factory elation.xml with mine. Here it is: http://db.tt/A5gyzwv

The file paths are:
Windows XP C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents\Elation\Common\Factory

Windows Vista C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Elation\Common\Factory

Mac OS X /Users/[username]/Elation/Common/Factory
