For example, what do the lights/display mean; what do the buttons do?
How to assure latest firmware is installed?
Any ability to self test

ahhh ok. my suggestion then would be to download the program off of our website, then go ahead and experiment with it. ultimately you will have to decide if this is the program that will work for your particular needs. you can also download the manual and review as well. this will better inform you as to the features that Compu Show
has. after review if you have further questions then i would suggest calling our sales dept directly.
