Driver for USB DMX Box

I have had compuware on a different system for the past two years. I have a new one that we are going to be using but we can't seem to get the drivers for the USB DMX Box. All the drivers from the Compuware page aren't working. Where and how can I get the correct driver for this to work?

Hi Jason,

This symptom usually sounds like the DMX Driver in your interface is no good. You may not be using an OPTO isolator for protection.
You can buy this chip for $10. - $15.00 to replace it or send it in for repair.

However i would 1st recommend downloading the NOV 4 edition of compu live using the line Norona posted. This edition installs the driver together with the software, so they are always in the computer. If doing this does not solve you issues, then your interface would have to be sent in for service, and we would have to hope its only the DMX driver. If the board on your interface is burnt, then it will not be repairable.
