DS 575E Gobo & Global Reset Issue

I've got a Design Spot 575E that is having some issues when i fire it up. It takes about 2 minutes to go through its homing sequence. When it does finally home, whether or not the two gobo wheels will work is a crap shoot. Sometimes neither one works, sometimes wheel #2. If I do a global fixture reset from the desk, it takes 2 minutes to finish the sequence and still doesn't fix the gobo wheel issue. If I can get to the light and reset it manually, I can regain control of the first wheel. Beam reset from the desk doesn't work either.

Thoughts?

brian,

it sounds like your going to have a problem with the head pcb. try doing a factory default reset right of the unit. you have to go in the display settings and set it there. if this doesn't work your head pcb might be bad.
