DS250 serious issues

I have 3 DS250s in my shop. They all exhibit serious issues on start up. Tilt will not seem to home or find a limit, regardless of the fact that I have replaced the limit Hal sensor. I have replaced the PCB in the Head, Arm , and Base. Also, I have replaced all of the IC chips now as well. The unit still has the same functionality issues, and spits out about 6 error messages. After reading about all of the error messages, they seem to reflect errors in gobo rotate, gobo home, color wheel home, iris errors etc. However, when you look at each of these wheels in the assembly they are aligned with their sensors properly and homed. Is there a fixture reset I can do? I'm at my wits end with these fixtures...

have you checked the wire harness? check continuity from one end to another.
