Hi to all!
I seem to have a little problem, the fixture when it was powered up yesterday displayed (4) dashes on it's display and it does not respond to anything, can it be locked or something? and can I unlock it?

no i don't think it is locked. was the unit dropped or did you have a power outage of any sort? the main ic chip might of got knocked loose. you can open it up just to check it out. you wont void warranty.

Thanks for the answer, and what if there was a power outage?, What would this scenario be then?
I'm asking cause tomorrow I will be on location which is 160 miles away and I would like to know that answer too.

if that where the case the firmware ic chip might of burnt out and that's why you have no control over the unit. you would then have to replace the ic chip.
