We are having a problem with our Software connecting with our lighting products. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what we can try to get our system working again.

Long story short: we've had this system for a few years, they worked fine. A former leader has since left and prior to him leaving, some things were changed and we are unable to get things working again.

Things we have tried: Uninstalling and reinstalling software and re-programming equipment. Nothing seems to work that we know what to try.

TJ, Welcome to the forums. Have you tried making sure the drivers are installed and working correctly? what software version date are you using? For example when the compu screen loads up it says a date like Nov,4th 2008. I need more information from you about all that is not working, what is working, in order for me to further help you. Let me know.
