Emulation Pro Questions

I am thinking about buying Emulation Pro to replace Compu Live at my church. I have two questions...

1. I assume purchasing Emulation is the purchasing of the Art SSC?

2. We currently have toggle switches tied to our Compu Live box to control the house lights. Can this be done with the GPIs on the Art unit and will having a house light scene active in Emulation override any signals from the GPIs?
