eNode 4 pre-sales support questions

I'm considering the purchase of an eNode 4 ArtNet-to-DMX output device. I have some questions.

1. There doesn't appear to be any firmware download available under the Support / Downloads link on the Elation home page. Why is that?

2. I found an article in the forum that referenced a firmware updater appliance (hardware product). Does the eNode 4 indeed require a specialized appliance to perform firmware updates? If not, where are the alternate instructions and firmware update files located?

3. What is the current firmware version number and release date?

4. Can both Ethernet ports be used as attachments to lighting control desks (computers) for an automatic-switch-over, hot-standby system solution?
