EWDMX Solid Red LED

Hello, I have a EWDMX and at first it wasn't pairing with the receiver, there was a green light flashing red and after a while of trying to make it pair with receiver it went to straight red and still not pair and it is not even trying. Can any body help?

EWDMXT is the transmitter.

Green/Red slow flashing = No DMX present

Green/Red fast flashing = Pairing mode

Solid green = Sending DMX

EWDMXR is the receiver.

Solid Red = Unit is ready to pair.

Green/Red slow flashing = Paired with a transmitter, but no DMX present

Green/Red fast flashing = Has been paired with a transmitter, but the transmitter isn't present.

Solid Green = Paired with transmitter, and receiving DMX

Is The EWDMXT supposed to do anything when I press the func button? Because I press and and does not seem to do anything. I wonder if the EWDMXT is broken!

When you press the function on the transmitter, it should start flashing red/green rapidly. During this period, the transmitter will pair up with any receiver that is solid red.

Please make sure that the function button is clicking. If it is not, then it will need to be repaired.

A transmitter should never have a solid red LED.
