FYI, I moved this thread to the emulation section for you.
Also please remember to place the XML Jeff created for you in the User directory and not the factory. If you do not know where to place the files, please let us know if you are using Mac or Windows and we can tell you exactly how.

thanks a lot. unfortunately the dropbox link is not working. in the emulation manual it says something about how to import the file using Mac or several different Windows versions. I will try this first and then ask again.

Try right clicking the link and selecting "save as" and make sure it saves as a .XML file to your specified location.
If you let us know if you are on Mac or Window, we can tell you right now how to import the file etc, without you having to do digging through the manual.

down load the file and place it in the USER folder...Go into your "My Documents" folder...open Elation...common...personalities...place file in USER then Open up the program and open up the profile, should be corrected... Let me know if there are any other issues

After placing the XML file in the user folder, after you open emulation, scroll down to the very bottom of the manufacturer list until you see {User}Eurolite and the profile Jeff made will be in that XML library.

Thanks a lot. So far everything worked out well. I am now trying to copy a show that I created on a Mac Book to a Windows 7 computer. Unfortunately on the windows computer the patch is incomplete with those fixtures missing that I created using the Personality Builder.

Could you please give me a detailed description of how to transfer shows correctly?

the issue sounds like your Emulation builds are different. Verify that your version of emulation is the same on both computers. a saved show file should open correctly between both mac and pc. When you have a new version of Emulation and save the show, then open it with an other version (say on your PC) there will be issues because the new version has bugs fixed and updated profiles. So, your first step is to make sure your versions match...This should clear up the problems you are having in the transfer
