high-Pitch Ringing Noise

In our facilities we have 4 Platinum Spot 5R's, and a couple of weeks ago during a service one of them started making a ringing sound, so I figured out which one it was and took it down to send it in. Today during a service we had another one do the same thing. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas what it could be? Is there something simple that I could try to do instead of sending it in? Unless I can fix it I'm down 2 movers.
