How to transfer from one comp to another?

I have a computer that runs my lighting (Compu 2006) and it's a dinosaur. I want to switch to another computer but don't know what files I need to switch over to duplicate my shows, scenes, etc. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Scott, it'll be a .ssh file. So long as you are saving the entire show. if you have been saving pages, those will be .spa
