How to use a dmx operator with compu live

I would like to use a dmx operator to do triggering and fading on scenes and pages in compulive. I know where in compulive you would set the dmx triggering for buttons and pages, but im not sure how i set this up with dmx operator. I have the 1024ec for my dmx to usb. Any help would be appreciated.

If you already found the settings in the Compu live, all you need to do is connect the operator to the Compu box using a DMX cable out of the DMX operator to the input of the Compu Box.
Doing this you will no longer be able to connect the operator to lights.
