LCD Screen Gibberish

I have a random problem with both of my Magic260s. It seems that at random times and for no known reason the names of my profiles turn to random gibberish...random characters or completely blank. When this happens, I lose control of some lights and get random problems like lights that won't turn off, the blackout button only turns off some fixtures, other fixtures will strobe. It's so annoying! My only course of action is to reload profiles and start over...of course in the middle of a 2 hour show that isn't very practical and people get very upset.

this sounds like somrthing that will have to be checked out by an ADJ tech. please contact ADJ at 800-322-6337 to get set up with a return number.
