Re: Low Output Volume on new Prime Hazer

I just purchased a new Magmatic Prime Hazer to match the prime hazer we purchased a year ago. I am just now running them together and the NEW hazer has a much lower volume than the old hazer (cleaned with distilled water and white vinegar at end of last season). They are running different software versions as well. This difference in output happens whether in manual mode (both set to 92%) or in DMX mode (5channel)

My question is what would account for the lower volume on the new hazer? Would doing a water/vinegar cleaning help the issue?

Looking for quick solution for this as I don't want to have to return it and get a replacement unit. Thanks.
