Midicon not working with emulation on xp

Hi there!

My Elation Midicon is not working with emulation on win xp.
Works fine with Vista.

I turn on the Midicon, the Win Xp install it, and says the device was sucessfuly instaled and is working fine, then when I launch emulation, automaticaly freezes the win xp, the cpu stays at 100% and only let me proceed, just when turn off Midicon. I'm using Emulation last beta version. Midicon not working with previous versions to, and not working with cuelux to. Just working with win vista.

Any guess?

We found a problem with the first MIDIcons when running XP. This has been fixed with a new firmware release. If you must run XP, please contact your dealer about having your machine updated by the factory. If you can run Vista or Win 7 you should be OK.

I should also add that not all XP machines will see a problem. I use XP on a fast machine and it runs fine. I think it will show up mostly on older PCs.

Elation Guys, how can I get my Midicon updated? It's very important for me, that Midicon works with win xp. I bought my Midicon with emulation in MusicStore. Is this a Elation support or should I contact Musicstore? The firmware upgrade is made by the usb cable? There is any patch released to fix this?
