Need a Patch for LED Puck 4in1 RGBW

This is my post and I read that you should post the Manufacturer...But unfortunately I don't know Who that is. I purchased this fixture from a friend that moved out of country and have not heard from him in a while but if it is possible to add this info. i will ASAP

here you go place this in the factory folder

I'm sorry but how do I put in the factory folder. I tried to copy and paste but wouldn't work. Do I need to make a new folder.

And what factory folder should i put it in...I noticed there are many folders named factory

im sorry, i should have explained it a little better.

for a PC:
Go into your "Documents" folder. Open up Elation. In there is Common...open common...file called personalities. In there is User and Factory...place file in factory

for Mac:
go into your Hard drive....User...(two options...(your comp name) or Shared....open your comp...open up Elation....Common....personalities....place in factory


do this, then restart the computer and then open program

Also, make sure you replace the old file not keep both files

JWPardee, once again thank you!!!!! I've been learning the software and think it is incredable. One thing though, as I have gotten to become familiar with the software the only thing that was missing from the code you sent me was Ch 7....the Fade to Color channel...maybe it's somewhere I haven't noticed yet but the Dimmer and Strobe is the "Beam" button and I haven't found the fade slider yet. Can you take a look and let me know if it's there and I'm just missing it.
