Platinum has a sleep mode built into it.
If its not used within a certain period it will go to sleep.
Lamp and fans will shut off.
As soon as it receives a DMX command it wakes up.
Lamp strikes and fans turn back on.

Sorry to bump this thread! I have a show coming up on April 15th and 16th (setup & rehearsals beginning first week of April) and we've ordered a dozen of the Platinum 5R Pro's. Are they still anticipated to ship on time? More so, I'll need to have profiles written for my Maxxyz; would you happen to know when the DMX map will be made available?

Our plan is to start production for this product in January with Delivery to us by the end march. Usually this goes well. But not a guarantee.

Best bet is to work with your dealer to stay on top of status.
Delivery is on a first come first serve basis, people are already placing their orders so they will receive first and status on delivery.
If you haven't done so, get your order in.
