No profile for Lowel Fluo-Tec lighting

We recently visited Elation at NAB 2012, and bought the Emulation software to control our studio lighting.

We loaded the software, but there is not profile for our lighting (Lowel - Fluo-Tec)

We currently have 18 independent lights that we'd like to control, but have had no luck under the Generic profile.

We're looking for just basic dimming of each light. Fairly simple, no patterns or chasing.

Please advise us on the next steps, as we are lost in how to set up our DMX lighting with the software currently.

If each studio fixtures uses only one channel for intensity then the Generic dimmer profiles should work. The only limitation is that the Emulation does not allow for more than 10 subs per profile. So you could patch in 3 "fixtures" of 6 subs each. And there is a dimmer6x in the generic library list. If that does not work let me know and give me more details as to how it is not working for you. Thanks.
