Hello,

I have one NX2 and right now she show me a hardware error in console! Sometimes a window comes up on the top right corner saying, "The Device are remove to the system"! When that happens, I need to reset the console so it can work again. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hello, it sounds like maybe there is a bad USB cable, you can try a different one, or there maybe is a problem internally with a cable or connection in the NX2, you can either open it up and look if you feel comfortable or send it in for repair.

I sent it to the repair but the guy of Technical Assistent can't found nothing in the internal connections.
