Opti RGB has a buzz

Not a buzz in the audio signals, but a really loud, audible buzz. I have two of them right now that are buzzing. What could it be? A capacitor? I haven't taken it apart yet, because unless it was a cicada inside there I wouldn't really know what I was looking for.
