Any guess why my pan on colorspot 250
would go slow then fast?
And does not sync with other 250.
I dont think its a programming issue.

Your pan motor can be going out.
Usually I would say that somehow the speed channel has been engaged somehow and is simply in slow mode.
But it could also be a motor???
See if you can get the channel to match one of the good moving ones.
If it moves exactly the same, then its not mechanical its in the programming, however if it still moves slow, the controller is sending the exact same command as a good working one, so it would most likely be a motor going out.
also check the fans on that fixture if the fans are really dirty with built up dust then you could be overheating your fixture which damages motors.
