Problem with my COMPACT FLASH memory!!!

Hi

I bought a new SHOW DESIGNER 3 2 months ago and i am learning to use it. but when i want to save the show or load a show the console dont acept my CF CARD (i formated this CF CARD to FAT 16, i used DOS for do it) and in the display show ERROR OF FORMAT...... i am very confused.

my CF CARD is
SAN DISK ULTRA
COMPACT FLASH 30M/S 4GB
SAN DISK

please a need a help

The SD3 will only support CF cards up to 2G.
