Problems...Global's dont work and JOY lit up...

Hey so I am having a problem, NONE of my GLOBAL work (yes I clicked and HELD them down no light comes on)

Also I dont know why but the red light under JOY is constantly on and I am not using anything JOY. Here is what I am using:
*Mac OS X Ver: 10.6.8
*TouchOSC with Touch Bridge that allows me to control faders, go buttons, etc. on iPad and iPhone from a layout I created and is MIDI mapped using the GENERIC MIDI map.

So using iPad/iPhone the only thing that should light up (which does when it receives a signal that a fader or button is pushed) is the MIDI light which flashes red, and the DMX light which stays light when I am bridged and connected to emulation.

Please help!!

sheaven,

the global buttons will only work for units like smoke machines,strobe machines, and blinders. if you don't have any of these units plugged in they will not work.

the joy indicator is there is you have a joy stick connected for like moving head units or moving mirrors.

what build of the software do you have?
