Profile Needed -Design spot 575e

Hello,
Can you guys please redo the profile for design spot 575e?

The current profile doesn't show the gobo pictures, just red X's and the design spot 575wh does show the gobo pictures but it doesn't have some of the custom options that the 575e has on it's profile. So maybe they both need some attention.

I am a mac user and i can't get the profile builder otherwise i would try it myself.

Also i can't seem to get the master fader to work or the blackout button. Can you help me with that as well?

You should be able to download the profile builder for mac from the Elation website. Are you having trouble downloading it? Let me know.
I'll take a look at the profile aswell.

I just downloaded the profile builder and every time i try to add the gobo pics to the necessary location, the program crashes.

You are using builder 1.01.11 on Mac right? What Mac OS software release are you on? Are you familiar with using the builder program?

Yes i am using 1.01.11 and my MAC OS is 10.6.7.
I am pretty familiar with the builder program

So you are going into the gobo part and double clicking the gobo numbers and finding the correct image and it is crashing? I've tried to duplicate it on mine but it is not crashing but I am on windows. If you want I can just correct the profiles for you and they should be done no later than this time tomorrow. Let me know.

If you could that would be greatly appreciated!

Also is there a way to get the grand master fader to work. It doesn't do anything for any of my fixtures nor does the blackout button work.

Are you using build 29 for mac? The latest mac release is on the product page. but let me fix the profiles first and let me know if the master works after I do. ok?

I deleted the old DS575E WH and copied the one I modified and renamed it.

hello.
the profile you redid for me has the same issue with no gobo pictures showing up when i updated to the new emulation build. Would you mind fixing it again for me?
I've tried but the builder keeps crashing every time i try to edit this specific file.
I am running MAC OSX Lion

It works fine on my Mac. Re-download the Elation.xml and place it in the user directory and it should work just fine. Are you on build 31 of Emulation?
