Questions about documentation for "Sound to Light"

Hey, i am super new to this, but I was fooling around with the "Sound to light" stuff, and decided to read the manual, and I found just a few sentences saying that is there, and not much else. What gives? Is there some other place that I can get in depth information on stuff like this? Maybe I am just looking in all the wrong places, but it's kinda frustrating. I would kill for a couple good thick books on this software.
