Shutter Issue

Design spot 250 the shutter will work fine when being controlled by DMX. Full open Full close. If you use the strobe command once it is turned off the shutter only opens 30% and the intensity is set to 100%. If I set intensity to 100% it opens up. I have had them running for 5 years and have 11 of them. This is the only one doing this.I have replaced the head PCB and Stepper motor. No binding of the shutter at all?
It also does this if you put it in "Run Mode". Once the strobe is used it only opens 30%.

physically inspect the harness going from PCB to
stepper motor. also check the arm pcb for swollen capacitors.
