Software Loading problem?

hey all! i bought a magic 60, and it had no software on it, from what i could see. so, i loaded some on it from the support. it now says now when it loads up IDI:XX. any ideas on what this is or how to bypass it? i really want this console to work, but i dont know what this is.

this unit should come with a default scan library. please e-mail me so i can send you the library and instructions to load it at luis@americandj.com

I have a similar issue, bought one with No preloaded profiles.The U Link doesn't work very well either ....suggestions? Thanks Gary

I'm sorry this happend to you because I have seen nor heard any fixes to this problem. I just bought a console on Amazon because customer service was crap and I couldn't fix it myself. So sorry, but if you do find a fix to it, please tell me because I would love to get this console up and running again just to have a backup. And if I find anything out i will tell you
