Stage Setter 8 Questions

I am currently using the Stage setter 8 to run lights for my church plays and youth skit team performances. I am using the 2 dp's that came with the system. What Dp settings do I need to be on to use all 16 channels for a different light fixture. If thats possible, how can I program the settings using all 16 channels into the master scenes in 8x8 mode. Help!!!!!
