Starting New Business

I am fairly new to the Lighting Design world and I currently have 4 Coemar 250's and the elation pro operator board. I'm in expansion mode with $30,000 to $50,000 to invest and would love some advice on the best elation products I would need for my situation.

Basically I will have 8 more platinum 250's with 12 total lights, and I need:

A. one in house/club higher end setup with individual control of 12+ movers plus par cans, laser, hazer, etc.

B. two mobile setups controlling no more than 8 movers, hazer, etc.

I need advice on which parts to put together to make the ideal setup right down to which touchscreen to use and which dmx software to use.

Hi NewEarth,

The main challenge is control.
At this point stay away from lamp par cans. to hot and to much power consumption.

For your A design.
Add
Qty 12 OPTI TRI PARS - LED PARS
Qty 6 DLED TRI BRICKS - LED BRICKS WITH EFFECTS
Qty 12 OTPI TRI 30 - Mini LED PARS for uplighting if needed.
Qty 2 X-310II - Fazer
Qty 1 COMPU CUE - OR - SHOWDESIGNER 2CF

This is about $15K if that.

So if you have more $$ buy Qty 8 DLED 60 TRI STRIP FOR SCENIC/CYC lighting and visuals.

For your B Design
You can split up the gear from above.

Awesome, thank you for the products. Also, would you be able to give me advice, or a link to a page where someone talks about the platinum's versus the 575's? The new plan is to buy sixteen movers and I feel like the platinum's would be the best.
