A shout out to RC for getting me the help I needed for a repair on one of my Platinum 5r heads. I had a no pan error at an event on Friday of last week, over nighted the fixture to Elation on Monday. And got it back fully functional Thursday, in time for this weekend's BIG event.

No problem Casey, we try and work with our customers as much as possible. Being that your fixture was recently purchased and since you were willing to overnight the fixture to us, the least I could do is match the shipping back to you and try and get it back to you for your event.
