USB drivers are not getting loaded for done in Win 7 64 bit

I have down loaded most recent version of comp show software few days back. The USB drivers are not getting loaded in win 7 64 bit but it works fine in win 7 32 bit.

The number in the dongle shows SIUDI 5C

did you uninstall the old version first? did you install with interface connected? did you let windows self install predrivers before install of program??

If you are running the CompuLive interfaces, they do not run with the Compu Show software
