Venue Issue

I think the issue is the "dimmer" on our profile. 32-63 and even further until 127 is more of a pulse with channel 5 controlling the speed. Let me update these tonight and I'll get back to you tomorrow afternoon once I can verify with our developers the profiles are correct. OK?

I was taking a look at the American DJ Mega Pixel LED and it is missing a few modes that are only available through the channel 28 configuration. I was just wondering if you could update the strip profile. Here is the manual

Do you mean you would like the 28 channel mode made? Also have you tried the builder program yet? It is very easy. Let me know.

yes if you could make the 28 channel mode that would be great. the space that I am trying to get into right now is tied up so i won't be able to test it for another hour or so. But when I do I will definitely let you know.

Hey so the new Venue profile is working for the most part. There are a few things I'm noticing but I think the only major one is the master dimmer actually cuts the LEDs off when you barely move it. After then you have to go into each fixture and adjust the color to have the LED turn back on. But other than that we are good to go.

hmm....There is no master dimmer for the fixture. So I think it is just changing the RGB channels. Thanks for letting me know.

Ya for now just leave the dimmer fader up at 100%. Should work.

Hey James thank you for everything. Our show tonight went off without a hitch. The only thing that I can bring attention to is when you turn on the emulation program for the first time to get full control of the Venue LEDs you have to max the dimmer, max a color, and then max out the strobe and bring the strobe back down to 0 to gain control over the LEDs. It works for now but thought you would find it interesting.

Tell you what, try the American DJ par 38 led pro 6 channel mode profile. Let me know of there are any issues with that. I have had another user try that today in place of the venue profile and they said it worked great.

There are a few problems still with the venue profile that do not allow me to control certain functions. When I boot emulation I do not have control over the Venue LEDs until I max the beam on every fixture and then strobe the fixtures to 255 to 0. After that process I can then control the fixtures. Also the second problem that I have run into is when I use the strobe global function. The LEDS will continue to strobe after I have stopped pressing the button. The only way that I can stop them is by selecting every fixture and max the strobe and then bring it down to 0. Is there any way you could take a look at this? Thanks James.
