Hello James,

I think I've narrowed down the problem, It may be my actual DMX to USB cable or it could be a problem with the Venue Par 64 Profile. I will post a link to manual and if you could take a look at it and determine if it checks out in your system with your current profile of the fixture. Also I have been using the Venue Par 64 LED fixture for the 64 model and the 56 model. I'm not sure if that matters because they have all of the same functions. Thank you James and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hey so the new Venue profile is working for the most part. There are a few things I'm noticing but I think the only major one is the master dimmer actually cuts the LEDs off when you barely move it. After then you have to go into each fixture and adjust the color to have the LED turn back on. But other than that we are good to go.
Hey James thank you for everything. Our show tonight went off without a hitch. The only thing that I can bring attention to is when you turn on the emulation program for the first time to get full control of the Venue LEDs you have to max the dimmer, max a color, and then max out the strobe and bring the strobe back down to 0 to gain control over the LEDs. It works for now but thought you would find it interesting.
Hey James,

There are a few problems still with the venue profile that do not allow me to control certain functions. When I boot emulation I do not have control over the Venue LEDs until I max the beam on every fixture and then strobe the fixtures to 255 to 0. After that process I can then control the fixtures. Also the second problem that I have run into is when I use the strobe global function. The LEDS will continue to strobe after I have stopped pressing the button. The only way that I can stop them is by selecting every fixture and max the strobe and then bring it down to 0. Is there any way you could take a look at this? Thanks James.
